 Beautiful Butterflies May 13, 2007
These white gold and tourmaline butterfly earrings are just lovely. They are small and delicate, but the detail makes them precious. I gave them to a niece for a birthday gift and she wears them often.

Bought this as a last-minute gift for the wife. She liked them; it got the job done. They seemed small when I opened the package, but the dimensions are given in the product description so I knew about what to expect. The metalwork on the individual peices is well articulated for the size, and the gemstones dont get lost in the metal. I think, in reality, they look more like bugs than butterflies, but again--she liked them. Once my wife put the earrings on, the size seemed very appropriate for her ears and they looked nice.
They shipped quickly and arrived before I expected/needed them.

Metalwork is well-constructed, size is perfect for smaller earlobes. However, stones are pale compared with the photo. Stones are tiny as expected (they look flat on side view). I consider it a good buy for $39.99 but would not buy it at a higher price.

I purchased two sets of these for my twin niece's birthdays and was very pleased with the quality. They are small, but perfect for precious little ears!
