I ordered this pendant last month during a $25 off coupon for my wife. It was our 20th anniversary. I received an email stating that there was a problem with my credit card. I went back and re-entered my information and I didn't receive any confirmation. I emailed Netaya inquiring about my order and didn't receive any reply. I just received an email from Amazon that my order was past its delivery date. This is the same credit card that I have used to buy gifts for my kids at the same time I tried to purchase this pendant, in fact I'm still using it for my gas and groceries.

I bought this for a friend who was staying in Scottsdale for 2 weeks - had some problems with delivery as it was promised in the first week of her stay, but it didn't actually arrive until the last day of her stay! Thought it would miss her, but she received it before checkout. I have seen the pendant and it is amazing for the price - not perfectly matched stones, but none cloudy and all had colourful fire and sparkle. Chain too fine for the pendant, but that's a minor detail! Absolutely delighted with it and an amazing price for a lovely necklace. Recommended.

I just received it and after giving it a good inspection I am quite satisfied with this purchase. The stones are not perfectly aligned, but I also realize that this probably affords fire from more angles (intentional?). The stones in this piece were relatively clear (none cloudy to the eye) and the color was thankfully uniform white. I like the fact that Netaya offers 1 cttw with 20 stones vice the mall stores that pack 36 stones onto a 1 ct circle for 2x the price.

I was wonderfully surprised. I would have never bought anything like this on-line, but the price was to good to pass up. I am loving it! It is beauitful.

I rounded up from a 4.5. The shipping was on time. It was within the specification advertised, but one of the diamonds is much more yellow than the others, even without a hand lense it is visible. Other than that I am very happy with the service and product.
