Amazon.com Product Description Get ready for undersea discovery and elegant nights on the town with this Invicta Pro Diver Skeleton stainless steel men's automatic watch, which is topped by a black-plated unidirectional rotating bezel with 23 hand set diamond-accented elapsed time markings. The diamonds are GH in color and SI in clarity. The large, round silver watch case measures 41mm wide (1.73 inches) and the back has a skeleton view window into the inner workings of the watch's automatic movement. The black dial face offers Tritnite luminous dotted markers and hands (with seconds hand), small minute indexes, and a magnified date window at 3 o'clock. The triple-link surgical grade 316L stainless steel bracelet band is joined by a fold-over-clasp-with-safety. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and coin-edged bezel for an easy grasp even with gloved hands. An automatic (or self-winding) watch is fitted with a device (rotor) that automatically winds the spring by using the force of gravity. It needs no battery, but it will stop if you have been physically inactive for an extended period of time--as long as you're moving, the watch will stay powered. Swiss watchmaker Abraham-Louis Perrelet invented the self-winding mechanism in 1770. It worked on the same principle as a modern pedometer, and was designed to wind as the owner walked. Tritnite is a luminous material with an extended glow exclusively developed by Invicta in Switzerland and added to their timepiece hands and markers. When exposed to regular daylight, it will hold its glow for about 20 hours.

Great watch, good value for money. July 12, 2008 This watch looks great, the exhibition case back that lets you watch the automatic movement is really nice. You can't touch the quality and movement used here for the money.. Good Value!
Solid Invicta product July 5, 2008 This my third Invicta watch, all of them solid performers. The face looks rich without being gaudy. I own several other automatic watches, all of them gain a little time, but it is really not much of a problem. I have a $10.00 quartz that keeps perfect time, but sure doesn't look as classy or feel as nice on as a good smooth running automatic. My 4847 looks good, feels good. I recommend Invicta products and the company.
Do NOT waste you money on this Watch! May 19, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have owned them and they are JUNK.
I write this because I saw they Keep Pushing them with an MSRP of $800?
This is a $50 watch, if it works!
*** DONT BUY *** Japan Movt is a piece of junk April 15, 2008 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I had a #8926 and this model. Both broke right after the warranty period. Both had the same problem: the second hand loosen (at 9 and 52 marks). They ran either too fast(1min/day) or too slow (3min/week) all the time. I had to adjust them all the time. Finally gave them up go back to my digital watch again. They look very pretty but quality are poor (very very poor).
You take what you pay for April 14, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I am a watch collector. I think is a very nice watch for the price you are paying for. But if you are looking for a luxury watch, this is not your election (it's not comparable with watches of high quality). In a little brief, It's a good watch and recomendable for the price you pay for, but nothing else.
