Product Description Manufactured to strict quality standards this link remover is the best heavy duty twist movement tool to remove stubborn watch links. You will need a small needle nose plier to fully pull the pin out. Simply align the pin with the tool and carefully twist tool knob to push the pin out. Twist design makes it easy to remove or add links to your watch band. Every watch collector needs a watch adjuster as part of their collection. Stop wasting money taking it to a jewler when you can do it yourself. It pays for itself after 2 uses and lasts for many years. Easily alter your watch at home without scratching the band. Fits most bands using a pin system to hold links together. Comes with two extra pins for replacing bent pins. Many watch bands use directional link pins, therefore you must push in the direction of the pin. Improper use of the tool will damage the pin and your tool. Please be careful when pushing the pin. It should easily slide out with some force. If you are pushing very hard and no movement, try using some lubricant like WD40 to help the pin slide out.

This is NOT a '"professional" watch band link remover !!! January 2, 2009 Who's kidding whom here? This piece of junk doesn't even qualify as a tool. First of all, expect the pin already installed to break on your initial attempt. I don't care how long you try to 'line up' the pin hole, it breaks. If you want to diddle around with this piece of junk, go for it! Not me. I just want the pleasure of hearing it crack apart in my garage while I'm smashing it with my hammer. I finished the job with some needle nose pliers.

Works great - I was paying $10. to have links removed, plus having to drive to the Mall. This works easily - just make sure things are lined up and you're pushing in the right direction - if it takes more than minimal force, you're probably going the wrong way. Most watch bands are marked with an arrow, but some are not.
DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY December 4, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this tool for an event I was having (I work for a major retailer) to size watches for my customers when they purchased a new watch. I was really excited when I received the new tool (offering this service to my customers has not been done before) and decided that I would try testing it's quality by sizing a watch. I had used watch sizing tools in the past so using this type of tool was nothing new to me. After trying to size the watch it had broken, and was unusable. I was very disappointed with this product but decided all in all I just needed to have a tool to size watches for the upcoming event.
I was very disappointed with their being no contact information for the manufacture. First I had to contact Amazon to see if they could give me the contact information, after that I did contact the manufacture. I received a prompt e-mail from the company letting me know that I would be able to receive a new tool. While letting this representative know about the damage I had also let them know that I had purchased the two day shipping because of my event. Not only was I not given the two day shipping necessary for having this tool available during my event I was not given a new tool. It has now been about two weeks and I still have not received it with no contact from the manufacture. I am disappointed with the poor customer service I was given and will not be purchasing any more products from this company.
Working instructions October 29, 2008 The product is according what I expected, but where are the instructions? At least the basic moves should be attached.
I works October 24, 2008 I just used this remover tool today and after being very careful not to break the push pin, it worked. At first I found it a little difficult to handle, I was very careful and took my time and with the use of other tools I was able to remove a link. ct
