I am pleased with the quality of the kit and the instruction page. it is absoultely worth the money. We fixed five watches with it and only had to pay for the batteries. No Labor charges!!!!
It is not cheap junk as some people described.
 Return of Watch Repair Tool Kit May 22, 2008
Deluxe Watch Repair Tool Kit for Minor Repairs in Zipper Case Returned Tool Kit due to strong mildew odor inside case and I couldn't get rid of the smell. I was supposed to make an exchange for a Watch Storage Case, which cost 13.00 more and they were going to waive the shipping because of the problem that caused the return. However, that didn't happen and I was disappointed. I must have checked the wrong box on return sheet. Did get credit back on my account, minus the shipping charge which I had paid for the return. Otherwise, I got prompt answers on my e-mail requests and would do business with this Company again. Storage Case is very beautiful and worth the money as far as I am concerned. I like this kit. I have replaced batteries & sized bands for both sides of my family. I only broke one tool forcing the back off of my 15th watch.
