Amazon.com Product Description The Movers and The Shakers, The 2007 collection catalog from Invicta is for the true watch collector and a must-have for any Invicta watch owner. The wheels were set in motion in the process of growth through self-identification; prompting the evolution of superb Invicta specimens into complete families. Every family, representing a wide range of designs are grouped together and shown throughout 296 color pages. Prime movers, such as the acclaimed Invicta Russian Diver, the famous Lupah and the off the charts S1 Rally, paved the way for changes to come. Powerful shakers like the Swiss Made Automatic Skeleton Prowler or the Subaqua NOMA III, can now be masters of their own domains.

If starting out a new collectable, then this book for certain... November 26, 2007 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
Is what you'll need. Invicta tries to cover all price points imaginable, and from what I've read, their low cost pieces are good for the money. That's because Invicta wants everyone on this planet to have a nice watch, and they're not too keen about the pricing politics of world- watchmaking which hinder that realization. ( Read Switzerland if you must, but things are more complex than that. ) So you've got Japanese automatics, Swiss quartz, Swiss automatics...Throw in chronographs and top it off with a chronometer. This book will certainly help you clear all the smoke and mirrors that Invicta likes to conjure up. Well, it seems like they like it. And I don't know about your Invicta, but my Invicta came with a certificate of inspection. That means as far as Invicta is concerned the watch worked when leaving their factory. And as such, it is not their problem or responsibility when irate UPS drivers use your watch parcel for a football. So customer service from them may be more on the dismal side. Just be nice when complaining. This book is useful for collectors. You can get more PDF's from the Invicta Website. Prepare for a journey into confusion. Not all model numbers have been posted as yet, but there really isn't any lemons to worry about. Lastly, since Seiko is too haughty to provide a catalog for the common man, at least you can say you possess a watch catalog from a company that is Seiko's equal.
