Not really worth the money spent. Not a good kit for watch repairs other than pins and links. I expected a kit more for the internal watch repairs for the price. Has a nice assortment of pins though.

This is an excellent kit for anyone wanting to save a few bucks on simple watch repair/maintenance. It includes everything you will need to change batteries, size bands, change/replace pins or bands, etc. The only thing it's missing is a vise for watches that have screw-off backs. Other than that, a very sound buy. The screw-off back remover did have quite a bit of oil on it when it arrived, but a paper towel took care of that in no time. The money you'll spend on this kit will return to your pocketbook ten fold, because you won't be paying ten to twelve bucks for the two minutes a retailer would spend replacing your battery for you. Watch Pavillion provided excellent service and had the shipment to me within a few days of my order and I highly recommend them and this product.

if you are an amateur you need to find out what are the tools for, there are names but not instructions. It is a fine and complete kit.

I recently purchased the watch repair kit and found when it arrived that there were no instructions or identifying labels for the various tools and parts. An email to customer service got me the watch band repair directions within 24 hours and a subsequent phone call took care of a problem I was having with one of the tools. A new one arrived at my door within a few days. If a short instruction set (identifying the parts and describing their use) was included with the kit, I would have changed the rating to a 4 or 5 star.
