Be prepared for a night out on the town or a day's diving the reefs with Invicta's stylish Ocean Ghost II precise, Swiss-made diving watch (model 2301) with automatic movement, which provides water resistance up to 200 meters (660 feet). It features a round, shock-resistant silver stainless steel case with embossed unidirectional rotating bezel. The blue dial background is accented by silver triangular dial markers and Tritnite luminous hands (with seconds hand). The silver stainless steel bracelet band mixes brushed and polished pieces. Other features include an antireflective mineral crystal with magnifier, Cabochon crown, see-through caseback, and date function at 3 o'clock. An automatic watch is a mechanical watch that is self-winding. the movement of your wrist and body causes the rotor--a weight attached to an automatic winding mechanism--to wind up the watch. This automatic watch has 21 jewels, which are ruby stones that the gears turn on to protect the metal parts from grinding together. An automatic watch needs no battery, but it will stop if now worn for over a day or if you have been physically inactive for an extended period of time. If this happens, wind the crown ten times clockwise to start the watch and five it some reserve power. Tritnite is a luminous material with an extended glow exclusively developed by Invicta in Switzerland and added to their timepiece hands and markers. When exposed to regular daylight, it will hold its glow for about 20 hours.

 Looks better in real than photos September 19, 2008
I had this watch for a while. I think photos don't look so good as the watch in real. It's also bigger than it looks. Solid, stainless steel, not heavy. The embossed numbers in the dial look strong.
Some friends found it very nice. Would like to see it with saphire crystal for a complete 5 star ranking. Price is great, very cheap for what you get.

This watch is HUGE...looks great, not real fancy, but well built and solid. Uses the 21 jewell miyota japanese movement so should be more than reliable. Invicta makes a good product for the money!

My husband is very picky. He LOVES this watch. He has gone through a lot of them and loves that it's dressy yet casual and can wear it anywhere. He loves that it's a substantial weight and the bracelet came extra long. He's 6'2 and "large boned". Had a watch repair shop take a couple links out for only $5. Great investment.
