No star if there were such an option December 8, 2008
It has never worked. The second hand runs but the minute hand does not follow, so no matter how hard the second hand works, the times stays. The customer service in Swiss Legend is annoyingly unprofessional. He picked up the phone after I dialed twice, talked to me for a second, put me on hold for several minutes, talked to me again, then picked up another phone while I was still talking. Such an annoying experience took away all my trust about this company. I will never buy anything from this company again, and highly recommend NOT to choose this brand.
