Amazon.com Product Description This Invicta Maco Swiss Pro Diver watch exhibits a handsome styling that belies its rugged utility. The shock-resistant stainless-steel, 43-millimeter round case boasts a unidirectional black bezel that measures elapsed time up to an hour. Protected by an anti-reflective, hard mineral crystal with magnifier, the jet-black dial features Trinite luminous white hands and hour markers, and a date window in the 3 o'clock position. This timepiece is showcased on a stainless-steel, 20-millimeter band with a polished-silver finish, and a diver buckle with safety clasp. Simply elegant and supremely resilient, this analog watch is driven by a Swiss quartz movement, and is water resistant to a depth of 660 feet.

INVICTA "MAKO" SWISS PRO DIVER'S WATCH July 22, 2008 THIS IS A GREAT WATCH. I USED TO OWN A ROLEX "SUBMARINER" AND THE INVICTA BRINGS BACK GOOD MEMORIES. IT HAS THE SAME ELEGANCE AND CLASS,A VERY ACCURATE SWISS QUARTZ MOVEMENT,AND FINELY SCULPTED STAINLESS HOUSING AND WATCH BAND. INVICTA HAS MADE THIS TRADITIONAL DESIGN THEIR OWN. I AM VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT MY PERSONAL EQUIPTMENT AND FIND THIS WATCH SUITS ME FINE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR FUNCTIONAL BEAUTY,THE SWISS PRO WILL GIVE IT TO YOU WITHOUT THE PRICE TAG OF AN AUTOMOBILE ATTACHED. NICE JOB INVICTA! S.WILLIN
Substantial Watch July 21, 2008 This is a substantial watch. If you appreciate a heavy watch, not a bad choice. However if you are looking for a lightweight, can't tell it's on your wrist timepiece, this is not for you. I like the fact that the numbers are large and the night glow in the hands and time marks are easy to see.....chalk it up to getting old eyes. The stainless steel band is another plus for me. If you purchase any watch that has "goldtone" on the band or face.....it will wear off over time. I spend a great deal of time in and around the water. First week I owned this watch, went fishing on the Gulf. No condensation under the face. Of course fresh water cleaning on any watch after that kind of exposure is a good idea. Two knocks on the watch.......first if you like the sweep hand to hit the numbers exactly as it goes around.... mine doesn't. Secondly. the band is very large. Had to have two links taken out....maybe not a complaint, but unless you have very large wrists, you will have to get some band adjustment.
Good bang for the buck.
A Great Deal July 12, 2008 The Invicta quartz Pro Diver is a beautiful stainless steel watch (with a Swiss movement). Over the past month, mine has gained exactly one second---so I'm also pleased with its accuracy. On the down-side, its stainless steel bracelet was likely sized for a 320-pound NFL lineman. So new owners will likely need to remove multiple links for a proper fit. Unfortunately, the extensive owner's manual is silent about bracelet adjustments. So owners will need to invest in an adjusting tool (available on-line)---or make the trip to a jeweler for a professional adjustment. However, given the quality and price of this watch, I consider that to be a minor inconvenience.
NICE LOOKING!!!!!!!!! June 9, 2008 I PURCHASED THIS WATCH FOR MY FATHER IN-LAW AND HE LOVED IT. I HAVE OWN THE AUTOMATIC #8926 FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE W/ IT AT ALL (WEAR IT 24/7). I MUST ADMIT I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS BRAND, BUT AFTER COMPARING IT TO MY 2 TAGS AND MY MOVADO, I LIKE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THE INVICTA WATCHES. FOR THE $$ THE Invicta Men's Pro Diver Collection Stainless Steel Watch #9307 CAN NOT BE BEAT! ALSO CONSIDER THE INVICTA PRO DIVER AUTOMATIC, MODEL #8926. BY THE WAY A FRIEND OF MINE HAS A ROLEX SUBMARINAR AND WHEN HE SAW MINE HE THOUGHT IT WAS A ROLEX. THEY DO LOOK VERY SIMILIAR. FOR THE MONEY YOU CANT GO WRONG!
Invicta should tighten their quality control process June 5, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
After searching amazon for a full two weeks and comparing so many models I finally decided on this watch. The watch came in good time as well.
The following are some of the good things about this watch: 1. It's price - It was well under $100 with the 20% off Amazon deal. 2. Swiss movement - Instead of the cheaper japanese movt, this one commands respect among watch admirers in many amazon forums. 3. Quartz and not automatic - With so many complaints about Invicta on various forums about the quality of their automatic movement watches, I assume a quartz watch is a proven technology and cannot go wrong. 4. Solid bracelet - The bracelet is just awesome for most of the Invicta watches. This one's no exception. 5. Good looking dial - I really liked the dial and its solid look. 6. Case diameter - For me who was searching for something between mid-size and full-size, this came as a perfect size.
So, why just a 3 star rating and why I returned it the very next day to amazon? 1. The second hand was falling in between the markings. How can a watch maker's quality process miss so obvious a thing? Forget about your technology that's INSIDE the watch... The first thing that catches the eye is the dial and its contents. 2. The bezel markings and the dial markings were not aligned. Not that I am going to use it everyday and such an offset would upset my schedule. But still its so obvious a thing that hits on the face. With such a face, how can i trust what's inside. 3. This is so minute but irritating: One would expect the dial to be equally divided into 60 parts for the hands to move over. But at least one or two of the sections were larger and hence some other sections were smaller. 4. Yes, I was looking for a bigger-bang-for-the-buck-watch. But why can't you compromise on something like dive-depth, good-looking packaging etc and give a better watch? 5. The feeling of participating in a lucky draw is what I get from choosing to buy an invicta watch. Some customers get watches from good quality batches, while others do not.
I feel so bad that while many other customers were able to get a good piece, I was not able to get one. Invicta has mastered the art of making low-cost watches, but they should definitely look into their quality process as well.
