worked like a charm on my watches. not sure why other people had problems. it's so easy and pops out those pins in seconds. i'm not very good with tools, but found this really easy to use. also the orange color is nice and the shipping was fast. got it in just 2 days. highly recommend it for anyone and must have tool for any watch gift.

Made of cheap plastic, but it works fine for adjusting watch bands. For the price it is ok.

Great Tool for anyone who has ever needed to adjust a watch band.
I have used the tool on several watches, with great success and savings. My wife has small wrists, requiring adjustment to all her watches. Watches which I have not used for years are back in service, after a quick adjustment. First watch I worked on, paid for the tool.
