Product Description This men's stainless steel, Bulova Marine Star watch features a black patterned chronograph dial with eight diamonds. This watch is water resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
Amazon.com Product Description Make an impression with this bold and sporty Marine Star chronograph from Bulova. The black guilloche dial features luminous hands and eight genuine diamond hour markers as well as a red-tipped seconds hand and a date display at 4:30. Three silver subdials display small seconds, minutes to sixty, and 24-hour time. The dial is capped with a mineral crystal and framed by a stationary steel bezel. Tapered lugs secure the solid steel case to a ruggedly handsome steel link bracelet made up of brushed and polished pieces. The bracelet fastens securely with a fold over with safety clasp. This watch features a screw-down caseback and is rated water resistant to 100 meters. About Bulova In 1875, a young Czech immigrant named Joseph Bulova set up shop in New York City, and a legendary American watch brand was born. Bulova was trained as a jeweler, and his expertise carried over into his watchmaking career, which began around 1911 with boudoir clocks and pocket watches, and soon evolved to include what was then one of the latest and most fashionable technological innovations: the wristwatch. Bulova introduced its first line of wristwatches in 1919. The company grew and prospered, and soon early radio and television ads were declaring, "America runs on Bulova time." In the 1950s, continuing its legacy of innovation, Bulova introduced Accutron, the first electronic watch, and the first breakthrough in timekeeping technology in over 300 years. The Accutron timing mechanism was later adapted for use by NASA computers and a Bulova timer was even placed on the moon to control transmissions of data. Bulova timepieces have kept official time aboard Air Force One and have also served as official timepieces for U.S. Olympic teams. Today, Bulova maintains its tradition of excellence in technology and design, offering a diverse collection of beautiful precision timepieces for every occasion.

Impressive watch April 3, 2008 As I have found with all watches advertised on Amazon, the details of the numbers, graticule, the background embossed dials, etc., are never captured by the camera or shown in the compressed pictures. This is another example of an understated picture. If you are looking for an impressive watch this could be it. Mine has been knocked around an been abused, but still looks new. Watch goes well with a suit.
Love the watch, but defective January 8, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased the watch through another seller (Watchsavings) on Amazon. I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it. After three or four days, the inside of the watch face developed a wet spot. The seller wouldn't refund my money, and said they would only repair it. Besides that, I really did love the watch! The watch is not too flashy, but a classy, sporty style! I wouldn't recommend the seller.
Amazing... December 6, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this watch on special sale on Amazon for only $$149....a steal for this watch. When I looked 1 day after ordering, it was already $254. This is very beautiful watch..pictures can;t do justice.
The weight is good...not too heavy. The dial size is very decent..not big for my average size wrist..overall looks killer on wrist.
I'd recommend this watch strongly.
