 Great gift, look just like the photo July 13, 2007
These were a gift for my sister, they look just like the photo. She is really happy with them. They are made very well. Only thing is they are a little smaller then expected but I think they are supposed to be.

Okay, so this is the third pair of earrings I've bought from Amazon (not normally the place I think of when jewelry shopping) - and I don't care what anyone says, these are NICE earrings.
Frankly, the peridots don't jump out at you. I actually had to use a magnifying glass to make sure there were FOUR peridots per earring. But combined with the blue topaz and how the gems are faceted, each earring is very pretty, very easy to see under my long, dark hair.
I wasn't looking for anything gaudy or "too much," but I also wanted to be able to SEE the earrings. These are just the ticket.
And they aren't tiny, but they aren't huge, either. Just a nice size, and I like the way they fasten on your ear (little chance of losing them.)
You also gotta understand I got them on sale and paid about $25. I don't know if I'd spend $60 (the price as I write this), but for $25, yeah, they were worth it.

The peridot stones in these earrings are much smaller than they appear in the picture. I purchased these to match a bracelet and ring but am returning them because the topaz color is predominant. They are beautiful and priced right - just not what I thought I was getting.

I received these earings as a gift. They are very beautiful but the clasp closure of the earings is flimsy at best. Rather than potentially lose them because the clasp broke or popped open, I chose to return them.
