 Chain Tangled and broken! February 8, 2008
When I received the neclace, the pendant was okay. but the chain was completely tangled and broken! I saw someone else left a review about a tangled chain also....Amazon really needs to look into this matter with their faulty chains!
Key-to-my-heart not so warming January 19, 2008
I am very disappointed in this purchase. First off, it weighs about 1/10th as much as a hummingbird feather. Second, the chain was so knotted up, we had to destroy it to remove it from the key to be able to use the key. which I then had to go pay a jeweler to solder a ringlet to the key and purchase a chain to hang it from... not such a great or "impressive" gift!!! Very bad Amazon. I would've returned it, but she wouldn't allow it once she had it trying to make me feel not so embarrassed.
