Nice Bracelet..Came to Me Scratched January 10, 2007

I received the bracelet via UPS. Upon opening the box, the bracelet was badly scratched on the links. I contacted customer service by phone and they were very aloof about the situation and sent me 35miles from my home to see if I could exchange the item. I went to the store and the young lady there was wonderful. They did not have another in stock but she offered several options. She eventually had my bracelet repaired by their jeweler..and I left with the item just the way I wanted it. I will not purchase anything else from this store. They offered nothing for my time and trouble in having to drive quite a distance and was waiting while it was repaired. It took an entire afternoon to take care of this. I am disappointed in the Company but cannot say enough about the 21 year old sales associate at the Arundal Mills Mall Store. Brandy was wonderful. Thank you for saving my Christmas...You are a doll. Ultra Diamonds...No thank you!
