The bracelet arrived quickly. The size of the bracelet is a lot smaller than I was expecting, the picture was definitely zoomed in. It was missing three diamonds on arrival. Costumer service responded quickly and had UPS pick it up at their expense. Now that my bracelet is here and in great condition I'm pleased with it. I wish the diamonds were bigger like the photo, but overall happy. Great service but it would have been nice to have had a perfect bracelet on the first try!
*****One problem after the next. The first bracelet shows up missing three diamonds. Should have returned it then, but I liked it. The next one breaks within 4 days of wearing it. Before it even makes it to the jeweler, it breaks in another place. After the repair, it looked good but lost a diamond before I even got home. This bracelet is beautiful, but you won't be wearing it for long before having to get it repaired. Now they say they won't return it. Horrible horrible!
