there were some complaints. first, it took some time for it to be shipped out (4 days). i had it shipped expedited 2-3days and it took 6 days to get to my house. second, its cheaper on the website (10% off). third, three of the diamonds were really dull and under size compared to the other ones. the necklace wasn't as sparkling as the photo showed.
