 very pretty sterling silver filigree key necklace January 6, 2009
this was purchased as a gift and came nicely packaged in both a velvet bag and gift box. the chain is also of good quality. the picture of the product accurately shows what you receive.

I bought this necklace a month or two ago after seeing the cute scrollwork. It was only $15 at the time so it was a good deal. I wouldn't say it was flat. it's more like it's hollow out. so it wraps around the side but there's nothing on the back. and no it doesn't rotate because it isn't round so i've never had a problem with it flipping around and showing the back.
I really like it because the scrollwork looks intricate. I like it just as much after i got it. It is sharply defined and you can see all the curls. It is a little on the big side being 2" or 2.5" long so I wouldn't wear it as earrings. I guess it had to be a bit big so all the curls can be clear.

The key looks great as an earring or a pendant, the only draw back is the lack of weight on it. I have had many people tell me that they love the look of them ( bought 2 ), I use them as both a pendant and for earrings on my gold hoops.

Its a pretty pendant, however, because its flat it tend to rotate. I like it anyway, and the price was perfect $14.99!
