It is beautiful. The hinge is a bit delicate but I believe my sister will be careful. I will put a tiny pic of us as children.

I ordered this for my mother for Christmas as a gift from my 4 yr old son. I put two little pictures of him in it and it was a hit. This is a lovely locket and seems to be well made - has nice weight and size. I put it with a black silk cord necklace and it looks great.
